By inviting or using Luminae ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

Luminae is a Discord bot designed to scan ChatTriggers modules for malicious code, RATs, and security threats. The Bot provides:

  • Module scanning and security analysis
  • Threat detection and risk assessment
  • Webhook deletion services

3. User Responsibilities

Users of the Bot agree to:

  • Use the Bot in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Not use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Bot's security features
  • Understand that scan results are not 100% accurate and should be verified independently

4. Limitations and Disclaimers

Important: The Bot's scanning capabilities have limitations:

  • Scans are not guaranteed to detect all security threats
  • False positives and false negatives may occur
  • New or sophisticated attack methods may not be detected
  • The Bot cannot analyze dynamically loaded code from external sources

5. No Warranty

The bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the bot is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the bot operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the bot, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete scan results
  • Misinterpretation or reliance on the bot’s responses
  • Any technical issues, downtime, or data loss resulting from using the bot

7. Data Collection and Privacy

The Bot collects minimal data necessary for operation. For detailed information about data collection and usage, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Bot for any user who violates these Terms of Service or engages in behavior we deem inappropriate or harmful.

10. Third-Party Services

The Bot operates on Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Discord's services or any third-party services linked through the Bot.

11. Intellectual Property

The bot and all of its original code, content, and features are the property of the Luminae team.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Bot or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
